Our ~250 artisans perform manual extraction with special knives to preserve the natural purity and sweetness of the arils. This handcrafted process ensures exceptional quality and consistency.

How do you ensure product quality?
We guarantee quality at every stage — from fruit selection and extraction to temperature controlled storage and shipment. Each batch is extracted with 24 hours of receipt and undergoes strict quality checks before dispatch.

What is your production capacity?
B.To can deliver up to 50 tonnes of Thaumatin arils in a year, subject to seasonal availability and client requirements.

How do you ensure sustainability and fair trade?
We collaborate with over 100 local farmers, promoting fair wages, ethical labor, and eco-friendly harvesting practices to support both people and the environment.

How are the arils stored before shipment?
All arils are kept under strict temperature-controlled conditions to preserve freshness, stability, and sweetness until they leave our warehouse. Just reach out if you require your order to be stored at a specific temperature.

Can B.To provide product documentation or certificates?
We can provide export documentation upon request. Product specifications cannot be provided in advance, as we do not cultivate the fruits ourselves and characteristics vary significantly with season and soil conditions. However, we are happy to send representative samples for quality evaluation.
